Yes, we finally went to Mexico for the Memorial Day Weekend. It feels like we have been trying so hard to get back there, but something happens and we have to reschedule. But this time for sure, we made it! They were having a little circus there in Casa Grandes, so we decided to walk around and check all the animals that they had there. It was kind of scary because you could walk right up to these tigers, lions, and jaguars. These poor animals were locked up in their cages, so in my head I kept imagining that they would get really mad and then break out of their metal cages. Yes, I have quite the imagination. But other than that, we didn't do too much, just hanged out at Grandma's house. It was a nice little vacation for me because lately I have been so busy, so going to Mexico forces me to stop all work (no cell phone connection) and just relax.
Grandma set up a pool for the kids. It was the freakishly cold Memorial Day Weekend, which never happens, so unfortunately most of kids did not go in, except for Greysen and Charly Jae. (They're crazy!!! :))
Emi playing at Grandma's house.
Preslee, Emi, Cash, and Greysen playing on the wonderful, wonderful tricycle. This tricycle is the coolest thing. You can pull your friends in the back of it. It's probably a safety hazard; as a result, you can only get this bike in Mexico.
Charly Jae and Emi beating Preslee with a shovel in Grandma's sandbox. This picture makes me laugh. I'm SO sorry Preslee.
Playing the piano at Grandma's house. Look at Emi's face, she was in heaven pounding those keys, maybe a future piano player???

Looks like fun! I love Emi's dress...so cute!
Getting the cousins together is always fun for the kids. I love to look back at pictures my mom took when my siblings and I were younger and we played with our cousins. Good times! Good times!
Looks like I missed out! Emi is really cute. I wish i knew her better. Thank goodness for blogs!
Hey Aika, this is Amy King, I found your blog off of Shawna and Beth's blog. I have a blog too, I will send you and invite...by the way I love your backyard, we are totally inviting ourselves over!
Looks like you guys had a great time in Mexico! I love all the pictures, specially the one of you and Emi playing the piano...too cute!
Amy, I'm so excited to see your blog! Can't wait! Thanks!
I love your pictures! Emi-Chan is the cutest little girl. I know I'm only a quarter Japanese but I would LOVE to have a baby with eyes like Emi-Chan. Oh, by the way, you did a great job in primary on Sunday. I wanted to tell you but Lucas was a hand full. He was a little sick and didn't stop crying and wanting to go home. I also loved your dress. You always have the cutest dresses.
Hahaha... Thanks, Gabi. I was so nervous, I didn't even realize that Lucas was crying. I thought I wouldn't have enough time to fill, but when you're with all those children, it's CRAZY!!! :)
It looks like you guys had a blast in Mexico, what a fun get a way! I love that picture with Emi and the Shovel that is so funny. It actually reminds me a lot of Chase, Crazy kids!
