It's a been a while and a lot of things that I'm going to post is a little bit old, but oh well, this is a good little short journal for me to document the things that we have been doing in our lives. I'm in Tennessee again for Thanksgiving visiting my family. It's so nice to come home and just relax and have mom do everything for me again. I love it!
Emi and Blaine with the little, I guess Big piggie.
I'm such a city person, so I have never actually fed a farm animal or watched it eat. We fed the pig a pumpkin that we forgot to carve for Halloween and it chomped through it so fast. I think the pig is a little Asian because it loved the shoyu chicken and other asian food that we had leftover from our meals. We got some soy sauce on the snout, so sorry to the next person that had to feed the pig.
Then two weeks ago we were able to go to Schnepf Farms on the weekend. I've always wanted to go ever since we came to Arizona, but haven't had the opportunity to do so. Since Blaine had a little break from school, we decided to make a trip to the farm.
They have tons of carnival rides at Schnepf and we thought that Emi was too little, but she loved the rides and was making a scene each time we had to get off a ride. It's a pretty good deal because all the rides are with the admission of your ticket, so you don't have to pay extra to go on the rides.
Then we saw Shawna and her kids there and she took this picture of us as we were both going on this little dune buggy bike ride. As you can see from this picture, you can tell where my priorities lie. I'm grabbing on to my purse (the money) instead of my daughter. It was a pretty scary ride because I think Blaine and I were a little too heavy and Shawna and her kids were flying by. But overall it was a fun day and if you ever get the chance to go to Schnepf Farms, do it!

Those are such cute pictures. I definitely want to take Chase next year, it looks like a lot of fun. How is everything going in Tennessee? Well we miss you, but I'm sure you are having a great time with the fam.
Cute pictures! Sounds like you guys had a blast with all the those fun activities!!!
Emi is a doll!
Cute pictures! I totally agree about the pig...I know I wont be able to eat it after seeing it alive! Emi-chan is just so darling!!!
I would consider the soy sauce a little marinade for Christmas dinner. :) I'm a total city girl too. I'm more than happy to feed the pig, but I never actually put the food in - that's Jeff's job and I will take pictures. :)
sounds like fun! geez....right about now I would love to get out of the cold and snow!
